- Participate in hospital accreditation processes as a leader
Requirements
- Six (6) years of progressive experience in Nursing
- Two (2) years as a Nurse leader, exclusive of fulltime study period
- Senior nursing leadership experience, defined as Leader with direct reports (i.e., Nurse Managers/Head Nurses) or multi unit span of control
- Active participation in or have co led/led a PI project or initiative
- Participation in hospital accreditation as a leader (e.g., JCI, CBAHI, Magnet) is desirable

Requirements
