- Responsible for the day to day running and administration of the nursery
- Ensure policies and procedures are maintained at all times by all staff
- Take responsibility for the welfare of children and employees
- Build strong team spirit in the nursery
- Serve as the educational leader
- Manage scheduling, curriculum development, extracurricular activities, personnel management, emergency procedures, and facility operations
- Complete records and reports in a timely fashion
- Develop and maintain an understanding of SEN
- Supervise planning and preparation of activities to develop children's individual development
- Implement coaching and mentoring systems to support staff performance
- Liaise with parents and ensure effective communication within the nursery
Requirements
- Cache Level 5 Diploma
- 5 years of nursery experience
- Good communication skills

- Responsibility for the daily running and administration of the nursery whilst adhering to the Policies & Procedures.
- The efficient organisation, management and supervision of Nursery routines.
- Complete in a timely fashion all records and reports as requested.
Requirements
- Good Communication skills with Cache Level 5 Diploma is a must.
- Experience: Nursery: 5 years (Preferred)
Salary
- AED 9,000.00 AED 12,000.00 per month
