Main Responsibilities
- Ensure business administrative and financial processes are completed according to nursery guidelines.
- Maintain electronic and manual office records.
- Ensure teachers have the resources needed to perform their functions.
- Maintain the office, reception area, and equipment.
- Handle telephone enquiries and visitors as the first point of contact.
- Maintain nursery attendance records and submit monthly staff attendance reports for salary processing.
- Maintain parent accounts, send invoices, and monitor payments.
- Enter invoices into the finance system and process payments.
- Maintain staff folders and update staff contact information.
- Enter student data and create parent contracts during admissions.
- Provide administrative support to the Branch Manager and conduct school tours when requested.
- Coordinate resource ordering, inventory maintenance, support services, maintenance, and relevant government portal updates.
Requirements
- Reliable ability to commute to or relocate to Dubai.
- The role may require navigating Kinderpedia and updating KHDA and DHA portals when requested by the Branch Manager.
Compensation
- Full-time role paying AED 4,000 to AED 4,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work is performed in person at the nursery.
