We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to provide exceptional clinical care in our healthcare facility.
In this role, you will assess patient health, implement customized treatment plans, and ensure a safe, supportive environment for recovery.
Core Responsibilities
- **Patient Assessment**
- : Conduct physical exams and document medical histories.
- **Vital Monitoring**
- : Check and record blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature.
- **Medication Administration**
- : Dispense prescribed medications and monitor intravenous (IV) lines.
- **Care Coordination**
- : Collaborate with physicians to develop patient care plans.
- **Clinical Procedures**
- : Perform wound care, dressing changes, and lab sample collections.
- **Patient Education**
- : Instruct families on illness management and post-discharge home care.
- **Record Keeping**
- : Maintain accurate, confidential charts in electronic health record (EHR) systems
Key Requirements & Skills
- **License**
- : Valid, current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- **Education**
- : Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- **Clinical Skills**
- : Mastery of basic medical equipment and infection control protocols.
- **Communication**
- : Strong verbal and active listening abilities for patient advocacy.
- **Attributes**
- : High emotional resilience, empathy, and strict attention to detail.
