Safety and Documentation

• Maintain a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
• Follow infection prevention, emergency, and incident-management procedures.
• Recognize patient deterioration and respond appropriately.
• Report adverse events, incidents, and clinical concerns according to clinic policy.
• Maintain accurate and complete nursing and patient records while protecting confidentiality.
• Document vital signs, treatments, medications, procedures, and patient responses in a timely manner.

Team Coordination and Education

• Assist physicians during consultations and clinical procedures.
• Communicate relevant patient information to doctors and healthcare professionals.
• Coordinate patient care with the Patient Coordinator and clinic team.
• Participate in clinical meetings, training, and quality-improvement activities.
• Explain procedures and treatments within the nursing scope of practice.
• Provide pre- and post-treatment instructions and answer patient questions appropriately.

Inventory and Compliance

• Monitor nursing and medical supplies and maintain adequate stock of essential clinical items.
• Report shortages, expired items, damaged equipment, and maintenance requirements.
• Organize and safely store clinical supplies and medications.
• Maintain a valid nursing license and comply with regulatory, professional, health, safety, infection-control, and emergency standards.

Performance Indicators

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a relevant nursing qualification.
• Valid nursing license or registration applicable to the clinic's location.
• Previous experience in a hospital, medical center, clinic, or healthcare setting.
• Strong clinical, patient-care, infection-control, communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with doctors and multidisciplinary teams and remain calm in emergencies.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
