Job Summary
The Patient Coordinator manages the patient experience from first contact through completion of the treatment journey.
The role includes appointments, patient communication, clinical-team coordination, follow-up, and professional handling of patient-related processes.
Patient Communication and Service
- Welcome and assist patients professionally and courteously.
- Handle inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other approved channels.
- Explain appointments, services, packages, treatment procedures, and clinic policies accurately.
- Handle complaints and concerns professionally and escalate them when necessary.
Appointment Management
- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments.
- Maintain accurate appointment schedules and coordinate appointments between patients and doctors or therapists.
- Follow up on upcoming appointments, missed appointments, cancellations, and no-shows.
Patient Follow-Up
- Follow up after consultations and treatments when required.
