Nurse Aide (CNA) – Long-Term Care
Job Type: Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN
Schedule: All shifts available (Day, Evening, Night)

What You’ll Do
Provide hands-on patient care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
Measure and record vital signs accurately
Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
Support residents during meals and feeding as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
Complete accurate and timely documentation of care
What We’re Looking For
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Tennessee
CPR certification (preferred)
Long-term care experience is a plus, but new grads are welcome
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A compassionate, patient-focused mindset
