or Pay Band: Pay Band Nurse A $38.580 to $50.070 Travel Required: No Job Description: Under the direction of the Manager of Nursing, the RN will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care for Orthopedics. Human Resources Exemption: No Education Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) Licenses Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS) Other Education and Training Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS) Nursing diploma is acceptable Competencies Communication skills Decision making skills Interpersonal skills Knowledge and Abilities Knowledge is commonly obtained through previous experience in Orthopedics. Ability to competently use computers and software applications Ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team Communication skills to provide/obtain verbal and/or written opinions/advice Knowledge of nursing principles, methods and techniques in Orthopedics.

Experience
