Current services include health information, service referral, assessment and triage for inbound callers. HealthLine 811 outbound call service is expanding and new programs are being developed. HealthLine 811 Registered Nurses work in a team environment with Social Workers and Psychiatric Registered Nurses. Human Resources Exemption: No Experience Recent acute care experience. 3 years clinical experience using high levels of independent assessment skills Education Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) Other Education and Training Nursing diploma is acceptable Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS) Other Information For more information on the city of Regina please visit https://www.regina.ca/ Must be available at any time during shift to assist another caller/patient. All clinician roles at Healthline 811 are sedentary. Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) Healthline 811 is a safe and clean environment.
