Are you an early-career engineer looking to grow your skills in project management, manufacturing engineering, and new product introduction? We are seeking a motivated Junior NPI Engineer (Level 1) to support the successful launch of new products into production within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience working cross-functionally with engineering, production, quality, and customers while building a strong technical foundation.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities from project kickoff through production launch
Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth transition of new products into manufacturing
Review product documentation and engineering data to confirm manufacturability and completeness
Assist with Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Test (DFT) activities
Participate in kickoff, readiness, and wrap-up meetings for new projects
Work closely with customers, internal project teams, Test Engineering, and Design Engineering to resolve issues related to quality, design, materials, and processes
Help manage project timelines and tasks using a structured phase-gate process
Create and process Internal Change Requests (ICRs) and engineering documentation updates
Identify manufacturing or process issues and help develop practical solutions
Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance manufacturability and production efficiency
Complete customer feedback reports and follow internal change management procedures
Maintain strong communication and collaboration across teams

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
0–2 years of engineering or manufacturing experience (internships/co-ops considered)
Exposure to manufacturing, production, or project coordination environments preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
