Operate manufacturing equipment such as conformal coating and singulation machines (with training on wave solder, selective solder machines)
Assemble electrical and electromechanical components using various tools and hardware
Inspect work and identify defects using IPC-A-610 standards
Follow work instructions and complete tasks with minimal supervision
Support production goals while maintaining quality and efficiency
Mechanically inclined with the ability to use tools and basic testing devices
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small components
