Job Purpose
Lead and manage all warehouse operations at the Greater Noida plant.
Ensure efficient storage, inventory accuracy, material movement, dispatch execution, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end warehouse operations covering receipt, storage, inventory control, material issuance, and dispatch.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through stock management, cycle counting, physical verification, and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Procurement, Quality, and Logistics teams for uninterrupted material flow.
- Improve warehouse efficiency through process improvements, space utilization, best practices, and ERP or WMS use.
- Ensure timely and accurate finished-goods dispatch in line with customer requirements and delivery schedules.
Experience Required
- Experience in the tractor, construction, or commercial vehicle industry is required.
