- Monitor and support network and security devices including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers
- Act as first line of support for connectivity issues, link failures, latency problems, and interface errors
- Identify and respond to basic security events and escalate incidents when required
- Execute standard network configuration changes in accordance with ICP policies and operational runbooks
- Perform initial troubleshooting, diagnostics, and incident documentation
- Collaborate with L3/network engineering teams for complex issue resolution
- Ensure continuous availability and performance of network infrastructure
Requirements
- 5 10 years of experience in NOC operations
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching)
- Experience with network monitoring tools
- Knowledge of firewalls, VPN technologies, and basic network security concepts
- Ability to troubleshoot connectivity, latency, and interface related issues
- Familiarity with incident management and change management processes

Job Summary
- We are seeking a Senior NOC Network & Security Engineer (L1–L2) to monitor, troubleshoot, and support enterprise network and security infrastructure.
