Job Details
- Role: ITSM Project Manager
- Employment Type: 1 year & extendable contract (Long term), outsourced
- Work Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners to a maximum of 15 30 days of notice
Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification required
- Agile/Scrum Master certification highly preferred
- ITIL certification is mandatory
- 10+ years in IT project management with significant involvement in core application deployments and enterprise digital transformation
- Proven track record in delivering large scale ERP, CRM, core banking, or industry specific application programs
- Advanced technical experience in: Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud models; Application modernization (microservices, containers, API management, middleware); Enterprise integration frameworks (ESB, iPaaS, API gateways); Data platforms (data lakes, BI tools, analytics, AI/ML enablem
- Strong exposure to cybersecurity controls, disaster recovery planning, and enterprise performance optimization
- Should have strong experience in deployment and implementation, as well as hands on involvement in client facing projects
