About the Role
We are looking for an NOC Coordinator to prepare NOC letters, coordinate with consultants and authorities, and assist with construction projects in Dubai. Requires minimum 3 years of GCC experience in roads and infrastructure projects.

- Prepares NOC letters (in Arabic/English) for the approval from Municipality/Authorities
- Follows up and updates the NOC letters
- Coordinates with Consultant for NOC and Work Permits
- Follows up with the Municipality Requirements and coordinates with the Construction team
- Assists operations manager, deals with issues associated with the Construction department
- Utilizes engineering services for construction and infrastructure projects
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in GCC in a similar position in Roads and Infrastructure projects
- Well versed in dealing with government authorities for project related approvals, clearances, obtaining NOCs' etc.
- Familiar with NOC online procedure
