Role Overview
- We're hiring an Assistant Producer to join my team in Dubai and work closely with me across multiple podcast and media productions.
- This is not an entry level role. I'm looking for someone who thrives under pressure, is highly organised, and understands what it takes to produce premium content from pre production through post production.
Mandatory Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written). Non Arabic speakers will not be considered.
- Currently based in Dubai or able to commute easily.
- Extensive, hands on experience in post production.
- Strong understanding of podcast and video production workflows.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Experience coordinating editors, designers, studios, guests, and production schedules.
- Ability to review edits and provide detailed editorial feedback.
