Are you ready to join DHL Supply Chain at Manchester Piccadilly Station?

We're looking for a Night Shift Supervisor to oversee a key rail operation, ensuring trains are serviced safely, efficiently and on schedule.

This is an opportunity to support a small team, coordinate daily activities and help maintain a high standard of service within a busy transport environment.

• Supervising night shift activities, allocating work and supporting colleagues to complete tasks safely and on time
• Overseeing train unloading and re-loading activities, including waste removal and replenishment of onboard catering products
• Maintaining operational records, monitoring service requirements and liaising with Avanti and DHL drivers to support train departures
• Holding team briefings, promoting safe working practices and identifying opportunities to improve ways of working

• Have experience supporting or supervising colleagues within a logistics, transport, warehouse or similar environment
• Communicate clearly and build positive working relationships with a range of people
• Can organise workloads, monitor progress and maintain accurate records
• Are comfortable working in a changing environment and responding to operational priorities
• Have knowledge of audit, compliance or reporting processes, although training will be provided
