Our Coordinators are vital to the success of our operations and play a key role in supporting our customers. In a fast-paced environment, you will facilitate the operational team to perform to a high standard, in order to meet daily objectives. Your duties will include:

Supporting the team to follow Safety Standards and eliminate risks

Communicate daily objectives and targets to the team and assign tasks

Planning of resources to achieve desirable outcomes in line with Service Level Agreements

Tracking of operational performance and identifying continuous improvement opportunities

Ensuring team members are inducted, onboarded and trained to meet DHL requirements

Conduct performance dialogues with the team, ensuring clear communication and employee engagement
