What you'll be doing...

Working on a late bar, ensuring our guests are having a great time Cooking a great breakfast ready for our early risers General cleaning duties

Conduct regular security checks throughout the hotel premises to ensure guest and property safety

Collaborate with the front office and accounting teams to address any issues identified during the night

Maintain clear communication with the day team by preparing handover notes and ensuring all relevant information is recorded
