New Business Coordinator

Process new life insurance applications by entering information into various systems with absolute attention to accuracy and detail. This includes verifying key pieces of information are included, accurate and complete.

Communicate with and support Advisors, MGA’s and DIS’s as required to follow up on outstanding requirements.

Provide exceptional customer service to MGA’s, AGA’s, external Vendors and Regional Staff.

Special handling of requests and modifications as required.

Applications must be processed within set service standards, which requires an ability to manage fluctuating volumes and change in direction

Problem solving with day-to-day work assignments.

Provide daily updates to Manager relating to volumes processed, process times, and other required metrics as required.

Sound knowledge of Windows based programs combined with excellent keyboarding skills

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

Strong communication skills; both verbal and written

Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a focus on team goals, as well as an ability to work independently

Process driven with a superior customer service attitude

Experience in UWPro and Onbase an asset
