Responsibilities
- Provide 1st & 2nd line support across Windows, macOS, and Linux
- Provision, image, patch, and manage endpoints and IT assets
- Manage onboarding/offboarding, user accounts, and access control
- Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, JumpCloud, and Cloudflare
- Support AWS user access and monitoring
- Manage and troubleshoot MikroTik routers, switches, VLANs, Wi Fi, VPNs, routing, and switching
- Support identity management (SSO, MFA, Conditional Access)
- Assist with incident response, vulnerability analysis, and security auditing
- Monitor systems and networks, respond to alerts, and maintain security baselines
- Use Jira and GitHub for ticketing, documentation, and configuration management
Requirements
- 3–5 years of IT Support, Systems Administration, or Network Engineering experience
- CCNA Certification (Mandatory)
- Strong networking knowledge including routing, switching, subnetting, VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, and cloud identity management
- Familiarity with JumpCloud, SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access
- Exposure to incident response, vulnerability management, or security auditing
- Experience with Jira and GitHub
- Comfortable using Bash or PowerShell command line
- Strong English communication skills and a security first mindset

Nice to Have
- Cloudflare Zero Trust, JumpCloud, or MikroTik (RouterOS) experience
- Fortinet NSE, CompTIA Network+, Security+, MD 102, or AZ 104 certifications
- VMware or Hyper V experience
