Network Operations Team Leader

Leading and supporting NOC shift teams to deliver excellent service 24/7

Managing customer and operational escalations

Driving incident and fault resolution performance

Coaching, developing, and performance managing team members

Managing staffing, rotas, holidays, and resource allocation

Building strong relationships across Operations, Engineering, and external suppliers

Identifying and implementing process improvements

Deputising for the Senior Network Operations Manager when required

Experience within a NOC, telecommunications, service operations, or technical support environment

Previous leadership, supervisory, or people management experience

Strong knowledge of telecoms and network technologies

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience managing incidents, escalations, and operational priorities

A proactive approach to coaching, mentoring, and developing others

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment
