Requirements
- 2–4 years experience in NOC / monitoring roles in high availability environments
- ITIL Foundation certified
- Riverbed RCPE Associate Certified or higher
- Relevant certifications (CCNA, VCP, Microsoft or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of SNMP, NetFlow, Syslog, WMI
- Strong knowledge of Network (LAN/WAN), systems (Windows/Linux), virtualization (VMware), cloud (Azure)
- Strong knowledge of Cisco IOS / NX OS, wireless (Cisco/Meraki preferred)
- Strong knowledge of OSI and TCP/IP models
