Role Overview
Peach Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive Network Operations Center Analyst.
The role supports the availability, performance, and reliability of network and IT infrastructure through monitoring, incident response, troubleshooting, escalation, and stable network operations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor network infrastructure, systems, devices, services, and alerts using monitoring and management tools.
- Detect, analyze, and respond to incidents, outages, performance issues, and service disruptions.
- Perform initial troubleshooting of connectivity, availability, latency, and performance issues.
- Create, update, prioritize, and maintain incident and service tickets.
- Escalate complex or critical incidents according to procedures and service levels.
- Monitor performance, capacity, availability, utilization, and operational trends.
- Support network operations, maintenance, configuration changes, and scheduled technical tasks.
- Monitor routers, switches, firewalls, servers, VPNs, WAN/LAN environments, and other network components.
- Maintain operational logs, incident records, shift reports, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with engineers, system administrators, service providers, and other IT teams.
- Follow incident, escalation, change management, and operational procedures.
- Support security monitoring and contribute to root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
