Opportunity Overview
The Network Engineer plans, implements, and maintains voice and data communication services with a focus on availability and operational performance.
This is a permanent full-time role based at St Leonards with hybrid working opportunities.
Core Responsibilities
- Design, implement, maintain, and optimise enterprise voice, data, network security, SD-WAN, and WAN services.
- Provide Level 3 support for complex telephony, networking, and security issues.
- Manage documentation, network performance, service providers, service levels, and operational records.
- Lead infrastructure projects, upgrades, technology refreshes, patching, firmware, security, and platform lifecycle activities.
- Support change, incident, problem, service management, major incident response, and on-call operations.
- Provide mentoring, knowledge transfer, stakeholder liaison, and technical guidance across teams.
