You are a highly organised and analytical scheduling professional who can confidently manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ideally, you'll bring:
Significant experience in a rostering or scheduling role
Previous experience in aged care, healthcare, community services or a related industry
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
High attention to detail and the ability to work with complex data
Advanced administration and Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
Experience working across multiple sites or service locations
A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
A current driver's licence and willingness to travel when required
Hybrid working model with a balance of office and home-based work
