- Involved with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and administration of existing or future network infrastructures
- Interface with vendors to ensure appropriate communication and issue resolutions
- Perform routine health checks and preventive measures on assigned systems
- Monitor the network and report network failures or degradations to senior team members and manager
- Run proof of concept deployment and troubleshoot issues to identify and address root causes
- Follow and maintain ISE network operations and security standards
- Maintain ISE's operational documentation up to date
- Assist in generating technical documentation and guide manuals

Technical Responsibilities
- Involved with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and administration of existing or future network infrastructures.
- Interface with vendors to ensure appropriate communication and issue resolutions.
- Perform routine health checks and preventive measures on assigned systems.
- Monitor the network and report network failures or degradations to more senior team members and the direct manager.
- Run proof of concept deployment and troubleshoot issues to identify and address root causes.
- Follow and maintain ISE network operations and security standards.
- Work on maintaining technical expertise in all areas of network components in operation.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Actively collaborate with other groups in IT Operations to support projects and day to day operations as defined by the supervisor.
- Proactively and effectively communicate status, plan of action and resolution of reported issues.
- Consistently provide internal and external customers and technology partners with high quality support experience.
- Effectively manage case escalations to senior network engineers or the Network Operations Manager while maintaining customer communications.
Documentation
- Maintain ISE's operational documentation up to date
- Assist in generating technical documentation and guide manuals
