Overview
The Wireless Network Engineer (L3) will be responsible for architecting, configuring, and optimizing robust, high-availability wireless solutions across multi-vendor ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and operation of enterprise-grade wireless networks.
- Perform site surveys, analyze RF environments, and develop wireless network designs.
- Configure and manage wireless controllers, access points, and related network infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex wireless network issues.
- Monitor network performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of wireless networks.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest wireless technologies and industry best practices.
