Responsibilities

  • Delivering comprehensive technical support to end users, ensuring the stability, security, and optimal performance of desktop systems and related infrastructure.
  • Handling incoming support requests via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems, efficiently diagnosing and resolving common issues such as network connectivity problems, password resets, email access difficulties, and printer or peripheral malfunctions.
  • Owning incidents from initial report through to final resolution, which includes investigating.
