Network monitoring of connections and performance to ensure network availability for user access and services.
Proactively identify risks and issues in the network and complete actions to mitigate them.
Able to plan, coordinate and implement network maintenance, installation, and security to protect and improve network infrastructure.
Receive and review user requests to establish or resolve issues with user access to services.
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues and escalate complex problems to senior engineers or vendors.
Configure, install, and maintain network devices and software.

An active TS/SCI security clearance is required for this position.
Currently possess DoD 8750 certification at least IAT level II, e.g Security+ce.
Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of overall related experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Hands-on knowledge of configuring and managing network infrastructure, including switches, routers, VLANs, and 802.1X network access controls.
Proficiency with dynamic routing protocols, including BGP and OSPF, as well as troubleshooting Site-to-Site (S2S) IPsec VPN tunnels.
Ability to monitor and troubleshoot network performance, security, availability, and connectivity.
Comfortable working 24×7 shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
