NetSuite Solutions Consultant

Partner with the Sales & Business Development team to support presales engagements .

Conduct tailored NetSuite product demonstrations highlighting industry best practices for Manufacturing, Services, and Tech clients.

Prepare and deliver functional solution documents, RFP/RFI responses, and proposals .

Participate in discovery sessions with prospects to understand their requirements and craft value-driven solution pitches.

Position NetSuite as the right-fit ERP solution by showcasing competitive differentiators and ROI benefits .

Facilitate requirement gathering workshops with client stakeholders to capture business needs.

Perform detailed business process mapping and align client requirements to NetSuite capabilities.

Conduct gap analysis and provide solution design, workarounds, or recommendations for customizations.

Configure and test NetSuite modules in alignment with project scope.

Work closely with technical teams to create functional specifications for customizations, reports, and integrations .

Support clients during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) , issue resolution, and functional training.

Ensure successful project delivery while adhering to consulting best practices and client expectations .

Contribute to internal knowledge building by documenting industry-specific use cases and reusable assets
