Role overview
FIS is hiring an experienced .NET Core full-stack developer for financial services technology.
The role focuses on scalable, cloud-ready distributed systems using .NET, microservices, and Angular.
The position involves architecture contributions, mentoring, and collaboration with cross-functional delivery teams.
Core responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using .NET Core and microservices architecture.
- Develop responsive and reusable front-end components using Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Build and optimize data access layers using Entity Framework Core and SQL Server.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrations with internal and external systems.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and improve application performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, architects, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
Delivery and quality
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
- Write unit and integration tests using xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and performance optimization.
