About the Role
EPIC Piping seeks an experienced NDE Engineer with Level III certification in PAUT/ToFD to lead advanced UT inspections, develop procedures, and mentor technicians. Requires 10+ years total NDE experience and 3+ years as PAUT L-III.

Responsibilities
- Get approval as PAUT/ToFD L III from Client/End user by demonstrating knowledge & experience
- Prepare and maintain relevant procedures (MUT, PAUT, ToFD) and qualify project procedures from Client/Company
- Arrange Calibration & Demonstration blocks as per project requirement
- Maintain ADVANCE UT inventory of equipment & accessories for current and upcoming projects
- Lead ADVANCE UT crew and maintain regular job progress
- Mentor L II technicians through on job training to build strong field workforce
- Perform initial examinations, review raw data, and prepare & verify advance UT reports
- Regularly liaise with client/Company for smooth job progress
- Improve ADVANCE UT application and introduce new technology and techniques as per project/Client requirement
Requirements
- Total Experience in NDE 10+ Years
- After PAUT L III qualification 3+ Year job experience as L III
- Overall PAUT Experience 5+ with hands on experience in various materials (CS, SS, LTCS, P11, Inconel, nickel alloy)
- Commendable knowledge of international codes including ASME, DNV & ISO
- Ability to get approval as PAUT/ToFD L III from Client/End user

Role & Responsibility
- Get approval as PAUT/ToFD L III from Client/End user (Company) by demonstrating knowledge & experience in PAUT/ToFD.
- Commendable knowledge of international codes including ASME, DNV & ISO codes.
- Standard L 3 functions such as prepare and maintain relevant procedures (MUT, PAUT, ToFD) and practical involvement for qualifying project procedures from Client/Company by demonstration/validation as and when required.
- Arrange Calibration & Demonstration block by taking support of local manufacturer as per project requirement.
- Maintain ADVANCE UT inventory of equipment & accessories, Blocks for current and upcoming projects.
- Lead ADVANCE UT crew and maintain regular job progress as per project requirement and commitment. Practical involvement may require as per job requirement and the difficulty level.
- Mentoring L II technicians for different type of job by involving physically, giving on job training to junior technicians to build strong field work force.
- Examination Setup, perform initial examinations, review raw data and preparation & verifications of advance UT reports as necessary.
- Regular liaise with client/Company for smooth job progress.
- Improvement in ADVANCE UT application and introduce new technology and technique as per project/Client requirement as appropriate.
Experience
- Total Experience in NDE 10+ Year.
- After PAUT L III qualification 3+ Year job experience as L III.
- Overall PAUT Experience 5+ with good amount of hands on experience in PAUT with various kind of material such as CS, SS, LTCS, P11 material, Inconel, and nickel alloy.
