Role Overview
NVIDIA is hiring an NCX Senior Engineer for NVIDIA Cloud Partner infrastructure operations within the DSX team.
The role supports large-scale NVIDIA accelerated infrastructure in production across cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and operational engineering.
The engineer will help partners advance from initial cluster deployment into reliable Day 2 operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead NVIDIA Cloud Partner Day 2 operational readiness through systems, procedures, automation, and operational methods.
- Continuously validate GPU, CPU, storage, and network health across large-scale AI clusters.
- Implement telemetry, monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and operational signals across infrastructure and AI workloads.
- Build automated detection, isolation, repair, validation, and remediation workflows for unhealthy infrastructure.
- Manage GPU fleet lifecycle activities including drivers, firmware, Kubernetes nodes, OS patches, upgrades, and configuration drift.
- Translate reference architectures into production practices, runbooks, automation, and measurable standards.
- Define health signals, SLOs, metrics, acceptance criteria, and infrastructure readiness mechanisms.
- Create reusable operational tooling, playbooks, implementation guides, and reference implementations.
