Role Overview

Role Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
• Translate requirements into Salesforce solutions and collaborate with developers and architects on implementation.
• Support UAT, system testing, production validation, integrations, reporting, dashboards, and data analysis.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, project planning, stakeholder coordination, and issue resolution.

Work Model

• This is a hybrid position located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
• Working arrangements may change based on project and client requirements.

Required Qualifications

• At least five years of Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst experience is required.
• At least four years of hands-on Salesforce experience and prior nCino experience are required.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements, user stories, and process flows is required.
• Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence, system integration, Salesforce platform, and solution delivery experience are required.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills are required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of nCino, Salesforce certifications, banking or financial services, reporting, dashboards, data analysis, and cross-functional delivery will help candidates stand out.

Compensation

• The base salary ranges from CAD 77,000 to CAD 125,000 per year.
• The position is eligible for a discretionary annual performance-based bonus and benefits.
