Role Overview
Lead strategic and tactical sales initiatives and communications for the Imbruvica and Epkinly oncology franchise.
Report to the Head of Sales as a member of the Sales Leadership Team.
Collaborate with Franchise Marketing, Sales Operations, Sales Training, Market Access, and Sales Leadership.
The role is field based and does not include external customer responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales-force effectiveness through systems, processes, national sales meetings, and offsites.
- Translate brand performance into actionable sales strategies and tactics.
- Liaise with Sales Operations on reports, incentives, field alignment, and structure alternatives.
- Develop and implement sales-force communications with Sales and Marketing leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of successful biotech or pharmaceutical sales experience in progressive commercial leadership roles.
- U.S. commercial experience and strong matrix skills are required.
- A bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business, or relevant equivalent industry experience, is required.
