Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of FMCG sales experience in the UAE
- Experience as a National Sales Manager, Head of Sales, Commercial Manager, or equivalent
- Strong Modern Trade and Key Account management experience
- Demonstrated leadership of sales teams and commercial performance
- Experience managing national retail accounts
- Arabic is preferred but not mandatory

Compensation
- Competitive package in the range of AED 25,000–30,000 per month, depending on experience.
