About the Role

- Define and implement Medical Visit strategy to increase brands prescriptions by health care professionals
- Lead, inspire, and develop your team of managers, overseeing visit planning, performance monitoring, and ensuring achievement of strategic objectives across the UAE
- Organize, drive, and coach the Regional Managers and their respective medical representative community
- Build and nurture strong partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders, health establishments, and medical associations to enhance brand image and secure endorsements
- Manage the sector budget, master CRM/CLM tools for insightful reporting, and ensure all activities adhere to the highest ethical and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Solid educational background, preferably in a science related field such as Pharmacy, Medicine, or Life Sciences
- Proven ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and build strategic plans that deliver commercial results
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing managers and fostering a high performing, engaged team culture
- Capacity to build and maintain influential relationships with key medical stakeholders and internal cross functional teams
- Results driven mindset with focus on execution and ability to steer team towards ambitious performance targets
- Excellent negotiation skills and fluency in both English and Arabic
- UAE experience is must have; dermo cosmetic experience is strongly preferred

Position Overview
- As the National Medical Visit Manager for our Dermatological Beauty Division in the United Arab Emirates, you will be instrumental in leading our medical detailing strategy.
- Reporting to the Business Unit Director for UAE, you will steer a team of Regional Medical Visit Managers and their respective teams of medical representatives, driving the growth and reputation of our iconic medical brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Execution: Develop and deploy a robust sector action plan, analyzing market dynamics and results to optimize performance and drive brand recommendations within the medical community.
- Defines & Implement Medical Visit strategy to increase brands prescriptions by health care professionals: Analyzes prescription potential of targets and the competitive, medical & regulatory environment. Defines targets, their coverage & visit frequency. Pilots performance based on criteria of presc
- Team & Performance Management: Lead, inspire, and develop your team of managers, overseeing visit planning, performance monitoring, and ensuring the achievement of strategic objectives across the UAE.
- Organizes, Drives & coaches the Regional Managers and their respective medical representative community: Guarantees excellence and professionalization of medical detailing, makes sure field team has required digital tools and competencies to engage with HCPs through all relevant channels.
- Stakeholder & KOL Engagement: Build and nurture strong partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders, health establishments, and medical associations to enhance brand image and secure endorsements.
- Operational Excellence & Compliance: Manage the sector budget, master CRM/CLM tools for insightful reporting, and ensure all activities adhere to the highest ethical and regulatory standards.

- A solid educational background, preferably in a science related field such as Pharmacy, Medicine, or Life Sciences.
