A Day in the Life

  • Reporting to the Brand Marketing Lead, you will own and drive the evolution of a product portfolio as the conductor of the end to end product marketing lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute high impact launch plans and promotional strategies for new products, defining optimal offer, pricing, and go to market approach.
  • Oversee entire product lifecycle, managing code creation, precision pricing, SKU rationalization, and product adaptation to local regulations.
  • Dive deep into makeup category sales data, market trends, and competitive intelligence using NPD/Circana, turning metrics into actionable insights.
  • Partner closely with commercial, supply chain, and activation teams, owning forecasting process with analytical precision.

We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in product marketing with deep understanding of makeup category and luxury/prestige beauty landscape.
  • Strong analytical mindset, proficient in navigating complex datasets and using metrics to shape brand strategy.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and sharp eye for detail, able to coordinate multiple complex launches simultaneously.
  • Relentless curiosity about market dynamics, competitor pricing, and consumer behavior, translating insights into competitive advantage.
  • Superb communication skills to collaborate, align, and rally cross functional teams and external partners.
