National Account Sales Coordinator

Serve as the main point of contact for store-level National Account inquiries.

Respond to customer questions about orders, invoices, returns, and credits.

Enter and process orders, quotes, and returns with accuracy and timeliness.

Track shipments and update customers and stores on delivery status.

Monitor key performance metrics and follow up to resolve order or invoice issues.

Partner with internal teams and Accounting to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.

Maintain and update customer agreements, vendor forms, and contract pricing in internal systems.

Prepare sales reports and assist the Commercial Sales team with cross-referencing products and data.

Support assigned projects and initiatives that enhance the customer and sales experience.

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Business or related field preferred.

1–3 years of experience in order management, sales support, or customer service.

Experience with commercial or retail sales environments preferred.

Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and order management systems.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
