Role Overview
MADI International is seeking a Nail Trainer and Professional Educator to join its UAE team.
The role combines technical expertise with sales excellence to grow product sales and business opportunities across salons and beauty professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and achieve assigned sales and collection targets.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and hands-on training sessions.
- Develop existing salon accounts and identify new business opportunities.
- Introduce new brands and product lines into existing and new accounts.
- Build client relationships and support customer retention.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Education, and Brand teams.
Qualifications and Experience
- Certified Nail Technician or another relevant beauty industry professional background.
- Three to seven years of hands-on technical experience.
- Proven ability to demonstrate products to diverse clients and convert demonstrations into sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial understanding of pricing, promotions, and account management.
