We are looking for a passionate, experienced, and qualified
Nail Technician & Eyelash Technician Trainer
to join our growing team.
Nail Technology Training
- Deliver professional training in:
• Nail Art Techniques
- Nail Maintenance and Removal
Eyelash Technology Training
- Deliver professional training in:
• Lash Mapping Techniques
- Eyelash Aftercare and Maintenance
Training & Assessment
- Conduct theory and practical classes.
- Demonstrate treatments and supervise student practical sessions.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain student attendance, progress records, and assessments.
- Prepare lesson plans, practical demonstrations, and learning materials.
- Support students in building confidence and industry-ready skills.
Professional Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and infection control standards.
- Maintain training equipment, products, and classroom standards.
- Participate in open days, workshops, and promotional activities.
- Stay updated with current nail and lash industry trends.
Requirements
- ✔ Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Nail Technology and Eyelash Extensions.
- ✔ Previous training or teaching experience preferred.
- ✔ Strong practical skills in:
- Acrylic Nails
- Gel Nails
- Nail Art
- Classic Lashes
• Lash Lift & Tint
- ✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- ✔ Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- ✔ International certifications such as:
- CIBTAC
- ITEC
- VTCT
- CIDESCO
- KHDA-approved qualifications
- Equivalent recognized certifications
Preferred Qualifications
- Assessor or Trainer qualification.
- Experience teaching international students.
- Experience preparing students for professional certifications.
