About the Role

Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain scalable n8n workflows for HR processes.
- Implement business rules aligned with approved HR policies and governance controls.
- Integrate workflows with Oracle EBS HRMS, REST/SOAP APIs, databases, and enterprise/government systems.
- Configure webhooks, scheduled and event driven triggers, conditional logic, retries, fallbacks, and escalations.
- Ensure audit logging, execution traceability, structured error handling, and workflow resilience.
- Manage testing, versioning, deployments, and change control across environments.
- Integrate approved AI/LLM services into workflows and handle AI driven exceptions.
- Collaborate with AI/ML, integration, Oracle HCM, architecture, and HR functional teams.
- Support production troubleshooting, optimization, performance tuning, and agile delivery activities.
Requirements
- Strong hands on experience with n8n (design, debugging, deployment).
- Enterprise workflow automation, REST/SOAP API integration, and secure credential handling.
- Webhooks, event driven workflows, conditional logic, error handling, and retries.
- Business rule implementation, JSON, basic SQL, data mapping, and transformations.
- Workflow testing, release management, and audit/compliance requirements.
- Experience with HR, government, or regulated enterprise systems.

- Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain scalable n8n workflows for HR processes (eligibility checks, approvals, SLAs, notifications, document handling, exceptions).
- Implement business rules aligned with approved HR policies and governance controls.
- Integrate workflows with Oracle EBS HRMS, REST/SOAP APIs, databases, and enterprise/government systems.
- Configure webhooks, scheduled and event driven triggers, conditional logic, retries, fallbacks, and escalations.
- Ensure audit logging, execution traceability, structured error handling, and workflow resilience.
