Our Management Trainee Program is a 12–18-month fast-track journey designed to launch future leaders in e-commerce.

You’ll rotate into one of our core business areas, Finance, Brand & Growth, or Commercial, work on real business challenges, and learn directly from senior leaders in a high-energy, innovation-driven environment.

What You’ll Do As a Management Trainee, you’ll:

• Work on real projects that impact our business and customers.
• Team up with people across functions to crack complex problems.
• Learn how decisions are made using data, strategy, and creativity.
• Get mentorship from leaders who’ve built businesses at scale.
• Grow both your technical know-how and leadership mindset for the future. Specialization Tracks Finance
• Dive into financial planning, forecasting, and analysis.
• Support investment decisions and business efficiency.
• Work closely with leadership on financial strategy. Brand & Growth
• Drive customer engagement with marketing and digital initiatives.
• Use analytics to refine campaigns and boost customer experience.
• Collaborate across teams to fuel brand growth and retention. Commercial
• Own performance tracking across Mumzworld’s P&L.
• Analyze data to optimize pricing, product assortment, and supplier relationships.
• Support strategies that grow profitable usage and category performance.

Who We’re Looking For This program is for ambitious, curious, and impact-driven graduates who want to shape the future of e-commerce.

You’ll thrive here if you have:

• A Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A genuine passion for digital business & innovation.
• Great communication and teamwork abilities.
• The drive to succeed in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Internship or project experience in finance, marketing, or commercial roles (bonus!). Program Details
