Multipack/Palletising Operator - Night Shift

We are looking for a Multipack / Palletising Operator to join our Night Shift team in Regency Park, with The Smith’s Snackfood Company.

• Night Shift; Monday to Friday 6:00 pm - 2:00 am - PLEASE NOTE; start & finish times may be adjusted as necessary

• Operate palletising equipment, maintaining a continuous flow of product
• Troubleshoot and monitor palletising automation and machinery
• Manage all production lines, equipment calibration and monitoring leading to the palletising robots
• Manage organising our Copacker (contractor) deliveries and pallecons storage
• Prepare and complete accurate records
• Cleaning and housekeeping
• Quality assurance of our product
• Forklift and Reach Truck licence (will be controlling a reach truck mainly)
• Previous experience with automated machinery, palletising, and robot operation within a food manufacturing environment
• Experience with SAP advantageous
• A mechanically minded individual with a high aptitude in automated equipment operation
• A commitment to achieving team goals whilst being able to work autonomously
• A confident and motivated individual with high-level communications and time management skills
