Job Purpose
The role handles and transfers incoming and outgoing calls and supports smooth operation of the telephone exchange and fax services.
The position supports effective communication within the manufacturing site.
Communication and Administration
- Answer calls, provide information, take messages, and transfer callers to appropriate individuals.
- Greet visitors and callers, handle inquiries, and direct them according to their needs.
- Maintain telephone exchange and fax registers for official and personal communications.
- Distribute incoming fax messages to relevant staff members.
- Check telephone bills and prepare deduction reports for personal calls.
- Maintain a directory of important telephone numbers.
Health and Safety
- Participate in continual improvement of the OH&S Management System in accordance with legislation, PepsiCo GEHSMS, and relevant EHS standards.
