The Opportunity
The company is seeking experienced and driven real estate professionals to work as property advisors.
The role focuses on helping international investors identify and purchase Dubai off-plan properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and developers.
- Understand client requirements and deliver tailored property solutions.
- Stay updated on Dubai's off-plan market, trends, and project launches.
- Provide property analysis and investment advice.
- Arrange and conduct virtual or on-site viewings.
- Negotiate deals for suitable outcomes for all parties.
- Guide clients through the sales process and support compliant closing.
- Attend real estate events and networking sessions.
- Drive new leads and opportunities through proactive engagement.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience in off-plan real estate sales.
- Proven sales performance and customer relationship skills.
- Fluent English.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and well-organized.
- Familiarity with Dubai property laws and the developer ecosystem.
- Arabic, French, Persian, Russian, or Dutch language skills are a plus.
