Realtree Properties is seeking experienced and motivated Real Estate Property Advisors.
The role facilitates property transactions, connects buyers and sellers, and contributes to real estate business growth.
Responsibilities
- Acquire and manage buyer and seller relationships and provide tailored real estate solutions.
- Monitor property markets, values, trends, and competitors and provide market analysis.
- Arrange property showings and negotiate transaction terms for clients.
- Prepare and review contracts and guide clients through transactions and closings.
- Build professional contacts through networking and business development activities.
- Provide responsive customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.
- Comply with real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Broker with a successful track record.
- At least 1 year of Real Estate Sales Agent experience and 1 year of Dubai experience.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent local real estate market knowledge and familiarity with relevant legal procedures.
- Arabic, French, Persian, Russian, or Dutch is a plus.
