Reporting to the First Line Manager, you will play a key role within a high-performing engineering team supporting a fast-paced Automated Storage & Retrieval System (ASRS).
This is a hands-on engineering role focused on fault finding, problem solving, and driving equipment reliability in a demanding FMCG environment. You will take ownership of issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable improvements to maximise system performance.
This role is ideal for an ambitious, proactive engineer who takes ownership, learns quickly, and is motivated to progress into a leadership position .
You may be required , from time to time, to carry out tasks in addition to or instead of your normal duties, either for the brewery or for Budweiser Brewing Group UK&I , provided that they are reasonable and within your capabilities.

Record maintenance activity accurately within SAP/CMMS systems
Support and uphold safety, quality, and performance standards at all times
Contribute to a high-performing team culture built on accountability and ownership
Work at height where required
Experience working with PLC-controlled systems
SAP PM / CMMS experience
Experience with automated warehouse systems
Demonstrates ambition and capability to progress into a leadership role
