Skills and experience needed

  • We are looking for an existing Multi Skilled Engineer who is looking to take the next step in their Codi career.
  • The role of Multi Skilled Engineer (Lead) has been introduced to further train and develop our Multi skilled Engineers to allow them to progress. This is an opportunity to enhance on current skills and learn new skills around leadership and surveying.
  • We are offering full training, coaching and support, all you will need is the passion and desire to develop, have a minimum of 3 years core trade experience and have knowledge and a basic understanding of both surveying and supervision.

  • This is a full-time, permanent opportunity within our Repairs Team, offering a salary of £36,138 per annum. Based from our Swansea Trades Office, the role combines hands-on delivery with leadership responsibilities, with time spent both on the tools and supporting the wider team alongside the Supervisor.
  • As part of the role, you'll be provided with a company van and fuel card, so a full UK driving licence is essential. A basic DBS check will also be required.
